Can I color this hair? 

Of course you can. Be sure to keep treated or colored hair conditioned and moisturized.

How long can this hair last? 

This hair can last for a long time, the better you take GOOD care of it, the longer it will last. Our clients generally use the hair for 6 to 12 months.

How do I take care of my hair?

Use a shampoo no higher than pH7. Avoid massaging the hair when shampooing. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting from the ends, work your way up. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.

Maintain your hair by using minimal styling products to avoid build up. Please, avoid alcohol based product.
For wavy and curly hair, use a spray bottle of water for a natural look. For a “wet” look, we recommend a leave in conditioner & water.

Please note that these tips could be used for all hair types and texture including natural hair.

How is the hair quality?

This hair is double weft 100% human hair. Tangle Free, little or no shedding with no odor. 

 What’s the difference between Brazilian, Peruvian and Malaysian hair?

 The differences are more apparent in the hair's reaction to water, heat or air drying. For longer lasting curls on any hair, we recommend you roll the hair with a setting lotion.

Malaysian Hair can appear excessively shiny at first but will take on a more natural appearance after the 2nd or 3rd wash. No product is required to maintain curls. 

Brazilian Hair is silkier and shinier in texture than Indian Hair. This tends to hold curls for longer.

Peruvian Hair is a little coarser and thicker in texture than Brazilian hair. It blends well with normal African-American relaxed hair textures and medium Caucasian hair textures. The curly texture becomes curlier when wet or washed.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We will replace or refund most goods provided you return them within 28 days of receipt. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. Click here for more on returns and refunds.

How do I track my order?

Generally speaking, your order will be processed and shipped out within 2-5 working days (holiday and weekend excluded). We will send your shipping details by email once your order has been shipped out with an estimated delivery time as well as your order tracking number.

When will my order be delivered?

Due to high the demand for hairschmair.com products, your order will be carefully processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days. The estimated delivery period is 3-7 business days. 

With delivery service providers like DHL, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail and TNT, we intend to reach you wherever you are.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free express worldwide shipping.

Are there hidden charges to my order?

There are no hidden charges. However, depending on the Tax and Custom laws governing laws of your country, you may need to pay custom charges upon the arrival of your order. Please be mindful of the current exchange rate when placing orders. 

What if my order delivery was delayed?

We are working harder everyday to ensure that you get 100% satisfaction. We will ship out your order as soon as possible. However, certain factors like holidays, carrier delays and even natural disasters may cause a delay in delivery. In that case, please contact us and we will quickly resolve any issue.

Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. 

How can I cancel my order?
